By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read the Privacy section regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make
any changes.
1) About the Product
Product Information :
Most MUGGER products on the Site are available while supplies last. All the apparels from MUGGER are 100% made in Hong Kong.
Prices and Currency :
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars. For international shoppers, your order will be charged according to your bank's policy on international purchases.
Out of Stock Items :
If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive a notice via email and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
Colors :
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, as the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
2) How to proceed Order
You can place your order at 852- 51298449 during Mon - Sun (10:00 - 22:00). We will confirm the order by mail or sms. You can also order our goods by e-mail, please send us the order to mugger@live.hk and kindly write down the style number, color and size in the mail. We will confirm the order by mail afterward.
3) Payment Options

Please make sure you have a paypal account before proceeding payment with it.

Bank Transfer
We use HSBC as payment platform. You can directly deposit payment to our accounts. (e.g. internet banking, phone transfer, bank counter, machine)

Please confirm the deposit receipt no., payment date and time with your order number to us through email to mugger@live.hk. We will contact you via telephone or email to confirm the order. If payment confirmation is not recieved within 5 working days, your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email or sms.

Our Privacy and Security Policy (the Privacy Policy) is intended to protect your privacy and provide you with a safe and secure experience in fashion, style and shopping.
How MUGGER Uses Information About You:
We use information we have collected about you to provide you with the very best shopping experience, the most current fashion clothing and accessories, and personal style news. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for any reason. We do not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties, or to our affiliates, who may want to offer you their own products and services unless you have requested or authorized us to do so.
We may share your personal information with third parties or affiliates of MUGGER where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction you authorized or perform some other activity you have asked us to do.
5) Shipment and Handling
We do not include any postage on the price, all postal or courier fee is charged to the customer
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or AP addresses. Plesase allow 1-3 business days (not including holidays) for order processing and verification and additional 7-14 business days for delivery.
All domestic, Taiwan, Macau and China orders are shipped via S.F. Express. International orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post Office/ Air parcel. Rates are calculated through Hong Kong Post Office or S.F. Express calculator. Shipping fees are calculated on a per item basis and determined by item weight. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
6) Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds and exchanges.
All discounted items are final. Please do not return sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.
Damage or missing items:
If you have received a damage item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us via email within 3 business days upon receiving the package to be eligible for exchange.
Wrong size, color or merchandise:
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size, color or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.
Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Items must be unused and unwashed in original packageing to receive the exchanges. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges.
